Shipping Germany / Austria:

Worldwide Shipping:
Merchandise value up to 500 € = Shipping costs 18 €
Merchandise value up to 1500 € = Shipping costs 40 €
Orders over 1500 € are shipped free of charge.
All shipping costs include statutory VAT.
Customs:
Club Monee covers all customs costs incurred during processing.
Payment Conditions
VAT:
For all orders within Germany, prices are inclusive of VAT.
For all EU-wide orders, prices are inclusive of VAT.
For all international orders (CH, USA, ...), prices are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes approximately 3-40 working days, and for international deliveries approximately 10-40 working days after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
